Thompson safety commits to Auburn

Auburn's 2024 class is coming together.

The Tigers added another piece of the puzzle Monday, with the commitment of Thompson safety Kaleb Harris. He's the third commit within the last week or so for Auburn, which also added 2025 recruits Jourdin Crawford and Kendarius Reddick.

Harris is the 17th member of Auburn's 2024 class.

Harris was initially offered by the previous staff, before the new staff re-offered him in early January.

It's been a while since he was re-offered, but Harris has been hard at work.

The safety has put together an impressive senior season thus far, already surpassing his numbers from last season through seven games this year. The increase in production quickly grabbed Auburn's attention, as talks between the two began to heat up in recent weeks.

It turned into a game day visit, which was a commitment to the Tigers in the days following.

Through eight games this season, he's totaled 69 tackles, nine tackles for loss and has intercepted three passes. Harris is rated as the No. 30 player in the state of Alabama.
