"I actually committed to Auburn today," Sullivan told AuburnSports.com. "I feel good about coming here and my mother liked it too."
Sullivan remembers a trip to the Plains during his sophomore season and credits that initial trip for his feelings towards the Tigers now.
"I liked Auburn since I was in 10th grade when I took a trip here. I've always had them as a top school," he said. "The feeling here, this is a family oriented team and that's what I like about it."
The 6-foot, 200-pound Sullivan committed to the Tigers over early offers from Florida and Georgia Tech among others. The Tigers like Sullivan at the star position.
"I get to move around the field and cover players, it's like what I do in high school," Sullivan said. "I talked to Ellis Johnson about the position and it's like what I do now. It's very comforting and basically like what I play now."
Sullivan joins quarterback Tyler Queen, corner Tony Bridges and athlete Jason Smith in Auburn's 2015 class.
Tigers' receivers coach Dameyune Craig recruited Sullivan to Auburn.
"Our relationship is great," said Sullivan. "I love Auburn and the academics, that's what made me commit. I feel this is a decision I'm going to stick with."
More coming.
