Wiggins said Parks doesn't plan to make a decision then, only announce what choice he has already made.
"He will be committing," said Wiggins.
Parks named Alabama and in-state Georgia his top two early in the recruiting process, but another SEC school, Auburn, has made a big move for him since.
Parks visited the Plains three times since the spring including most recently for Big Cat Weekend.
Following his latest visit to Auburn, Parks said the Tigers had moved to the top of his list.
"I think Auburn now probably has the top lead on the other two schools (Alabama and Georgia)," Parks said in an interview May 28 following Big Cat Weekend. "Since I've been here so many times, I think this has the top lead on the other schools.
"Just getting a much better relationship with the coaches every time I come. Player-wise, I get to talk to a lot of the players and get a better feel for the facilities. It gets better every time I come here."
Parks also said during the interview that he believed he was getting close to making a commitment.
"Days, maybe weeks," he said.
Thirteen days to be exact.
Rivals.com rates Parks a four-star prospect, the No. 3 tight end in the country the No. 92 overall recruit in the 2012 class.
