AUBURN, Ala. | A pair of teammates from the Miami area unofficially visited Auburn Friday including a Rivals250 linebacker and a safety that committed to Miami in January.
Here's what the pair had to say about their visits.
Pembroke Pines, Fla. (Flanagan)
On his first visit to Auburn…
"Just the chemistry inside - locker rooms, the wellness center, how the coaches interact with their players and themselves. They act like one of us. I feel like they are real coaches players."
On his relationship with Travaris Robinson
"He is just like one of us. He came in made jokes, and we joked around. It got serious at times. We talked about potential opportunities we had at Auburn. It's a great place up here. I can't wait to comeback."
On Will Muschamp's defense…
"We were just watching film not too long ago. We talked about how productive I could be in his defense. Every down, I am doing something different. I've never really done that before. Just to be able to that, learn his defense and learn from a great defensive guy. I feel like I could flourish as a player at Auburn."
On where Auburn stands…
"At the top. I feel like I could comeback whenever I feel like it and just have a great time. Doesn't have to be no junior days or anything, I can comeback when everyone is in the office and the players are here. I can hangout with the players and be like one of them. I can get to know every body."
On if Auburn is his leader…
"I don't know yet. They are at the top. They are up there. There is no leader right now."
On decision timetable…
"I want to come out with a top five or top six or maybe a top eight before spring. Start narrowing it down from there."
On other schools that will make the cut…
"I wanna say LSU, Georgia, Alabama and Michigan."
