AUBURN | Wednesday should be a good day for Auburn, although not a perfect one.
The Tigers are expected to receive a signed National Letter of Intent (NLI) from quarterback Jarrett Stidham, who has been enrolled this fall at McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas. Stidham committed to Auburn on Saturday.
Auburn also could receive a commitment and signed NLI from Scottsdale (Ariz.) Community College tight end Sal Cannella, who visited Auburn last Thursday-Saturday. Cannella will choose either Auburn or Texas around 1 p.m. CT.
Wednesday is the first day of the signing period for junior college mid-year transfers.
