Brooks, 6-foot-9 and 215 pounds, is making his second trip this season to Auburn Arena. He first visited Dec. 29 for the Tigers' 64-48 win over Middle Tennessee State.
Brooks is expected to be one of the nation's top prospects in the 2017 Class. He already has offers from Auburn, Alabama, UAB and Mississippi State, and interest from Vanderbilt and Georgia, among others.
"I like Auburn," Brooks said. "I'm right beside Auburn. I've grown up with Auburn, and I've always liked Auburn.
"I really like Coach (Bruce) Pearl, too. He is a real good guy and a really good coach."
In 27 games this season as a sophomore, Brooks has averaged 14.6 points, 10.6 rebounds and 3.7 blocks per game, according to MaxPreps.com.
Brooks' father, George Brooks, is an assistant basketball coach at Mississippi State.
