FIRST QUARTER

Auburn drove into LSU territory on its first two drives but was forced to punt from midfield both times. LSU faced a 4th and 4 at the AU 36-yard line at the end of the quarter.

SECOND QUARTER

LSU missed a 54-yard FG on the first play of the quarter. Auburn drove deep into LSU territory but Seth Williams fumbled at the 1-yard line and it went out of the end zone for a touchback. Three plays later, Nehemiah Pritchett picked off TJ Finley and returned it to the LSU 4-yard line. After a 5-yard penalty, Bo Nix connected with Eli Stove for a 9-yard TD pass and 7-0 AU lead. The defense came up with another big play on the ensuing LSU drive as Derick Hall registered his 2nd sack of the game and Christian Tutt picked up a Finley fumble and returned it 20 yards for the TD. After a 3-and-out, AU drove 99 yards in 11 plays as Nix connected with Ze'Vian Capers for a 9-yard TD pass and a 21-0 lead. LSU ended half with a 51-yard FG.

THIRD QUARTER

Auburn opened the 2nd half with an 8-play, 75-yard drive as Nix dived in for a 5-yard TD run and a 28-3 AU lead. On LSU's first possession, DaQuan Newkirk tipped a pass snd Big Kat Bryant intercepted on LSU's 21-yard line. Five plays later, Tank Bigsby scored on a 2-yard run to give AU a 35-3 lead. AU added a 12-play, 69-yard drive as Bigsby scored on a 3-yard run to make it 42-3.

FOURTH QUARTER

Auburn opened the quarter with a 91-yard TD pass from Nix to Anthony Schwartz. LSU added a 43-yard TD reception midway through the 4th quarter.
