Dylan Cardwell is running it back for one last year on the Plains.

Cardwell, who has played four years at Auburn, announced on Thursday via social media his intentions to use his final year of eligibility.

Cardwell has averaged four points, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game for his career.

His most recent season was his most productive as he averaged 5.3 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game.

For the last three seasons, Cardwell has totaled 42, 43 and 56 blocks, respectively, with all three marks ranking him top 10 in the SEC.

Cardwell is using his extra year of eligibility granted to everyone who played in the 2020-21 season due to the COVID-19 virus. Both Johni Broome and Chris Moore have that extra year available to them.
