Decision will be tougher for Agee
Torey Agee grew up wanting to play college football at Auburn. He wanted to play on the same field his father, former Auburn fullback Tommie Agee, played.
Torey Agee, now a junior at Opelika High School, may get the chance. The Tigers are showing early interest in Agee, a 6-foot-4, 240-pound defensive end.

Agee is also receiving letters from Nebraska, and he hopes more colleges follow suit.
He may have wanted to play at Auburn when he was younger, but Agee has grown up. The choice won't be as easy as it would have been 10 years before. His priorities when choosing a college have changed.
"Now it will be more about what I want to major in," said Agee. "I don't know yet what it will be, but academics will be more important to me than just wanting to play football somewhere."
Agee said his father would support whatever decision he makes.
"He is pretty open to me going anywhere," said Agee. "He doesn't even care if I play football or not. He just says to do what I want to do, go where I want to go."
Saturday, Agee went to Auburn on an unofficial visit. He was among a large group of recruits that were in attendance for the Tigers' 24-17 win over LSU.
"I got to see 'Tiger Walk', met with a couple of the coaches and then went on the field and watched them warm up," said Agee. "It was a great game. The crowd was loud. It was awesome.
"I talked to Coach (Tracy) Rocker before the game. Coach Rocker is a pretty cool guy. My dad used to play with him at Auburn."
An offer from Rocker and the Tigers would be one Agee would seriously consider. He's just not limiting his options to one, not with 15 months left until Signing Day '12.
"Auburn is great," Agee said. "It's a great school with a great football team, but right now I'm interested in any school in the SEC."
At 6-4, 240, Agee claims a 4.8-second 40-yard dash, a 305-pound bench press and a 29-inch vertical leap.
