North Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, Ga.) Rivals250 receiver Josh ImatorbhebheClick [rl]Here to view this Link. was in Auburn on Saturday, and left with plans already in place to return.
There's a reason Imatorbhebhe wants to return. Several of them, actually.
"(Saturday) was a really amazing visit," he said. "I got to interact with the coaches. I talked with Coach (Dameyune) Craig and I ate with Coach (Rhett) Lashlee. Coach Craig and I talked a lot of ball like different positions and different formations and how he teaches his receivers to know all of the positions.
"I really like the feel and atmosphere (at Auburn). They are very personable and down-to-earth people. My parents would definitely feel comfortable sending me off to a place like (Auburn)."
Imatorbhebhe, 6-foot-2 and 200 pounds, knows his mother would. She accompanied him Saturday to Auburn.
"I think she really liked it," he said. "She really liked the people a lot. She was always laughing, and she really likes the area a lot, too. Auburn is a place that would allow me to grow, not just as a player but as a man.
"Auburn is definitely in it. They are one of my top choices. I'll be back for a spring practice and a game or two during the season."
Imatorbhebhe lists Auburn, Florida, Ohio State, Alabama, Stanford, South Carolina and Arizona State as some of the schools he's seriously considering. Many expect him to join his brother, Daniel, at Florida. Daniel Imatorbhebhe signed with the Gators in February.
But it's not automatic.
"He doesn't want me to go to a place just because he's there," Imatorbhebhe said. "If Florida is where I go, it's not because of my brother. My brother has already told me that he didn't want me to feel pressure to go to Florida."
Rivals.com ranks Imatorbhebhe the No. 26 receiver No. 137 overall recruit in the 2016 class.
