Whitehaven (Memphis, Tenn.) Rivals250 cornerback Donte' Vaughn visited Auburn earlier this month and left with the Tigers high on his list of favorites.
Three weeks later, nothing has changed.
"I still like Auburn a lot," Vaughn said. "It was the first school I went to and the first time I was there I just liked everything about it. I liked the coaches and how they always made sure I was all right, that I had everything I needed even though they were really busy.
"It was just really nice. I liked it down there at Auburn. I liked the campus and facilities, just everything about it."
Vaughn, 6-foot-2 and 195 pounds, planned to return last Saturday for the Tigers' A-Day game, but was unable to make the trip.
"I couldn't make it because I didn't have a ride, but I'll be down again in the spring or either in the summer," Vaughn said. "I hope to get back down there soon because I could see myself going to Auburn."
Vaughn, ranked by Rivals.com as the No. 18 cornerback in the 2016 class, has the Tigers in his top three.
"Auburn, LSU and Tennessee are my top schools right now," Vaughn said. "I don't have a favorite, though. They are all even."
Rivals also ranks Vaughn the No. 223 overall recruit in the class and No. 8 player from Tennessee.
