Big Cat Quotes: Recruits talk weekend

More than 30 of Auburn's top prospects made their way to the Plains this weekend to attend the Tigers' second Big Cat Weekend. The weekend has already produced one big commitment for Auburn in quarterback Kiehl Frazier and the Tigers may not be done, yet.

For what several of the top recruits in attendance had to say about Big Cat Weekend, check below…

Jonathan Rose, CB, Leeds, Ala.

"I got another good feel for Auburn. I bonded with other players and not just the coaches this time. I got to meet new guys, hopefully potential teammates. I'm glad to be able to meet the other high prospects and get to bond with them. I talked to some of the '10 class and they said they recruited each other. That's what we're trying to do, make a team among the '11 class. We have some good, talented athletes and hopefully we'll all be together.

"I'm not committed yet, but I'm working on guys. I'm getting closer to a decision and I think it's going to be Auburn's way. They are waiting in anticipating and I'm just waiting on a date. I'm trying to finish up the summer football camps and once I get those finished up I'll be ready to make a decision. Most likely I will set something up at the school, hopefully within the next month."

Brandon Fulse, TE/DE, Fort Meade, Fla.

"It went really good. I got to see (Auburn RB) Onterio (McCalebb). We hung out. He showed me around again. It was good. The biggest thing I like about Auburn is the coaches, talking to them. I really like them. I feel like they will be there for the next four or five years and if I needed them, they'd be there. Auburn is pretty high on my list right now. I'll be back up there for a visit this summer."

Reese Dismukes, OL, Spanish Fort, Ala. (Auburn Commit)

"I recruited (during the visit). I'm trying to help Auburn put together the No. 1 recruiting class in the country. The weekend was good because everybody got to see the whole picture, the whole face of the program and they get to see what it's like off the field. I think that is really important when it comes to recruiting. All of the recruits, we all got to bond, get a chance to know each other. That's big. When you pick a place to go that plays a big part that you know who you're playing with."

Gregory Robinson, OL, Thibodaux, La.

"Everything went good. I saw a lot that made me feel even more comfortable with Auburn. I'm thinking about leaving the rest of the schools out and focusing on just Auburn and LSU. I don't mind leaving home. I live in a very bad neighborhood so sometimes it's not bad to get away from home. I wouldn't mind leaving and a big reason is (former Thibodaux star and Auburn signee) Trovon (Reed). Trovon is awesome. That's my buddy. First of all, I like Auburn because it's where Trovon is and because that is the closest person I had to me. I really liked playing in high school with him so to play in college with him would be great."

Javorius Allen, RB, Lincoln (Tallahassee, Fla.)

"It was good. I enjoyed myself. I didn't think I would, but I really did. I saw a lot of stuff I really like. The coaching staff is real good. Auburn is a nice place. I could call it home. Family, that was the most important thing they talked about. That's what stood out to me. I think that's strong. A lot of people need family. I know I'll come back."

Demetrius Hart, RB, Dr. Phillips (Orlando, Fla.)

"I was supposed to go, but I couldn't make it. I'll definitely get back up there soon, at the least for an official visit. Auburn is still very high on my list. In no order, Auburn, Michigan and Alabama are my top three schools. I'm not going to rush a decision.

Chris Jones, ATH, Minor (Adamsville, Ala.)

"It went good. It went real good. I got to hang out with the players, the recruits. I had a great time. I was high on Auburn before the visit and even higher on them now. I think I'm going to commit sometime in July, maybe towards the end of the month."
