AUBURN | Noah Igbinoghene’s offer list changed on Saturday, and so did his top schools.

The wide receiver from Hewitt-Trussville received an offer from Auburn, which moved the Tigers into Igbinoghene’s top group with longtime favorites Notre Dame and Duke and newcomer Ole Miss.

“The Auburn offer means a lot to me, especially with it being in-state,” Igbinoghene said. “It changes things up. It definitely gives me something to think about because it’s close to home and my family would get to watch me play.”

Igbinoghene took an unofficial visit to Auburn on Saturday to watch the Tigers play Vanderbilt. He spoke with several coaches, including receivers coach Kodi Burns, offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee and coach Gus Malzahn.

Igbinoghene hasn’t set a date for an official visit to Auburn, but plans to do so soon. He visited Notre Dame last weekend and also will trek to Duke and Ole Miss. Igbinoghene doesn’t intend to make a commitment before taking his visits.

Igbinoghene, who stands six feet tall and weighs 190 pounds, has 53 receptions for 690 yards (13.0 avg.) and eight touchdowns this season. He also has rushed for 711 yards and 10 touchdowns on 87 carries.
