Indian River (Chesapeake, Va.) safety Devon Hunter initially scheduled a visit to Auburn for this weekend, but the No. 4 safety recruit will announce his commitment Friday night and the outlook is not good for Auburn. Hunter’s final three schools are Virginia Tech, Florida and Alabama, according to multiple sources who recently have spoken to Hunter.

West (Iowa City, Iowa) wide receiver Oliver Martin had considered visiting Auburn this weekend, but he’s likely to visit Florida (or Michigan) instead, according to sources.

The eight commitments set to be in Auburn on Friday are offensive tackles Calvin Ashley and Austin Troxell, wide receiver Noah Igbinoghene, running back Alaric Williams, defensive backs Carlito Gonzalez, Traivon Leonard and Jordyn Peters and linebacker Tadarian Moultry.
