AUBURN | Tadarian Moultry by now is familiar with Auburn, or should be after Saturday.

Moultry, a four-star recruit from Jackson-Olin in Birmingham, visited the Plains for the third straight month. Saturday’s visit – as opposed to Junior Days he attended in January and February – was to watch Auburn’s first full-pad practice of the spring.

“I saw some real athletic linebackers out there,” Moultry said.

Moultry also watched Auburn’s first-year linebackers coach Travis Williams. The two continue to develop a strong coach-recruit relationship, one that they built upon during the visit.

“We talk three times a week,” Moultry said. “His message to me is family.”

It’s a message Moultry is glad to hear, and one that has Auburn as his favorite.

“Auburn is still at the top,” Moultry said. “It’s family oriented and I’m a family dude. I love (Auburn) because they treat me like family and I want to be like family to them.”

Moultry, who is ranked the No. 16 outside linebacker, plans to return to Auburn again before the summer. He also plans to visit Mississippi State. Moultry doesn’t have a timetable for a commitment.
