AUBURN | Seven players in Auburn’s 2017 recruiting class are officially reporting to campus Sunday.

Four players on offense and three on defense will begin classes at Auburn on Wednesday and participate in spring practices.

The headliner of the group is quarterback Jarrett Stidham, who signed with Auburn in December during the junior college mid-year signing period. Stidham is transferring to Auburn from McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas, where he sat out the 2016 season after leaving Baylor. Stidham has three years of eligibility at Auburn.

The four other early enrollees moving to Auburn Sunday are offensive lineman Nick Brahms of Navarre, Fla., linebackers K.J. Britt of Oxford and Chandler Wooten of Kennesaw, Ga., and cornerback Malcolm Askew, a versatile athlete from McCalla projected to play cornerback.
