Eight more Auburn signees enrolled

Eight more of Auburn's 2010 signees have reported to campus, have been admitted by the University and are scheduled to begin classes Thursday, AuburnSports.com learned.
Running back Michael Dyer, receiver Trovon Reed, linebacker LaDarius Owens, defensive tackles Jeffrey Whitaker and Kenneth Carter, defensive end Justin Delaine, athlete Ryan Smith and punter Steven Clark joined five of their fellow '10 signees this week in Auburn.

Quarterback Cameron Newton, offensive linemen Roszell Gayden and Brandon Mosley, linebacker Jessel Curry and defensive end Craig Sanders enrolled in January. Tight end Dakota Mosley, Dyer's teammate at Little Rock (Ark.) Christian, could join the group as early as Wednesday.
Rivals.com rated Dyer a five-star prospect, the No. 2 running back and No. 1 overall recruit in Arkansas. Reed, from Thibodaux, La., was a high four-star prospect, the No. 4 athlete in the country and No. 1 recruit in the state. Owens, from Jess Lanier in Bessemer, Ala., Whitaker of Warner Robins, Ga. and Carter, the defensive tackle from Greenville, Ala., were all rated four-star prospects by Rivals. Clark, from Kansas City, Mo., was rated the No. 20 kicker in the country.
Auburn signed 32 in its '10 class, 13 of which are now enrolled. Receiver Jeremy Richardson enrolled at East Mississippi Community College in the spring and plans to re-sign with the Tigers in December.
The remaining signees are scheduled to report at later dates.
