Auburn offered the son of the former heavyweight champion, Evander Holyfield, in January and appear to be the team to beat. Elijah's older brother, Evander, Jr., walked-on at Auburn and also ran track. Elijah could be Auburn's top big-back target in the 2016 class.

OL
E.J. Price
Lawrenceville, Ga. (Archer HS)
Auburn again has worked its way into the early lead for another out-of-state prospect. Price is considering several schools, but none more so now than Auburn.
4
QB
Jawon Pass
Columbus, Ga. (Carver HS)
A big, tall quarterback that Auburn has had its eyes on since his sophomore season. However, it might be hard to keep him close to home. Pass' older brother, Khane Pass, signed Wednesday with Louisville, and the Cardinals are the early favorites.
5
OL
Brodarious Hamm
Griffin, Ga. (Spalding HS)
The big tackle has been high on Auburn since his freshman year and continues to be folloinwg his junior season. Hamm visited Auburn two weeks ago and left with the Tigers at the top. In-state Georgia is a close No. 2, but Auburn has the early edge and will try to hold onto it.
6
QB
Dwayne Haskins Jr.
Potomac, Md. (Bullis School)
Auburn recently offered and is working to get an off-season visit from the Rivals100 quarterback.
7
WR
Marquez Callaway
Warner Robins, Ga. (Warner Robins HS)
Auburn has jumped out as an early co-leader with in-state Georgia for the Rivals250 prospect. Callaway has visited Auburn twice and plans to return this off-season. He's also friend with Jeffery Whitaker, who also is from Warner Robins.
8
OL
Jonah Williams
Folson, Calif. (Folsom HS)
The big tackle from California, who is originally from the Atlanta area, recently visited Auburn and picked up an offer.
9
WR
Dredrick Snelson
Plantation, Fla. (American Heritage HS)
The Rivals100 prospect picked up an offer from Auburn in January, and with Travaris Robinson in South Florida, the Tigers could be a serious contender. Snelson is looking for a family environment and has spoken highly of Auburn.
10
QB
Shea Patterson
Shreveport, La. (Calvary Academy)
The No. 1 dual-threat quarterback in the country is a point of emphasis for the Tigers. His older brother, Sean Patterson Jr., is a graduate assistant at LSU. Shea Patterson committed to Arizona during his freshman season when his brother took a job in Tucson, then de-committed once his brother arrived in Baton Rouge. Will he simply follow his brother on National Signing Day 2016? This will be an extremely difficult get for Auburn, but Patterson plans to visit during the off-season and could return in the fall for an official visit.
CURRENTLY COMMITTED PLAYERS: WR Nate Craig-Myers, TE Landon Rice, RB/WR Jalin Buie
