Tae Provens has set a date for his commitment, the standout from Madison County (Ala.) announced Sunday on Twitter.
Provens will choose one of five schools on Aug. 11 at 8 p.m. CT. His finalists include Auburn, Tennessee, LSU, Louisville and South Carolina.

Provens released his top-five list on Friday, the night before attending Big Cat in Auburn. He left his visit to Auburn on Saturday without doing interviews.
Provens, who stands six feet tall and weighs 180 pounds, plays running back at Madison County, but could project at defensive back, slot receiver or running back in college. He rushed for 1,264 yards and 17 touchdowns last season as a junior.
