Bruce Pearl and the Tigers have the No. 1-ranked recruiting class in 2017 and are working hard to add to it local four-star standout Garrison Brooks.
Pearl and assistants Chuck Person, Harris Adler and Chad Dollar all made an in-home with Brooks and family on Wednesday and in doing so made another big impression on the Auburn High senior and his family. Brooks will be on campus Saturday for another unofficial visit and return either next weekend or the weekend of Oct. 21-23 for his official visit. Brooks will take an official visit to Georgia in two weeks (Sept. 30-Oct. 2) and one to North Carolina on Oct. 7-9.
Although Brooks plans to take several, if not all, of his official visits, I believe his decision ultimately will come down to either Auburn or North Carolina, Roy Williams or Bruce Pearl, to stay home or leave the state.
