Auburn has added another four-star prospect to its 2015 recruiting class.
An hour after four-star cornerback Carlton Davis announced and signed with Auburn, four-star linebacker Jeffery Holland has done the same.
Holland, 6-foot-1 and 225 pounds, announced his decision on ESPNU. He chose Auburn over in-state Florida and Ole Miss.
"I've been liking Auburn," Holland said. "It's a family thing at Auburn. I love the atmosphere and the environment. My family loves it up there. It's the school and the coaches.
Holland last named Auburn his leader in December after Will Muschamp was hired as defensive coordinator. The Tigers became the heavy favorite when they added Travaris Robinson.
"Them two being there was icing on the cake," Holland said.
Holland and Muschamp met during Holland's official visit, Jan. 16-18, and talked about Holland's role in the Tigers' defense.
"(Muschamp) pictures me being an impact player early if I come there and do what I have to do," Holland said. "He said I can make a lot of plays."
Holland returned to Auburn last weekend for an unofficial visit.
Holland is the fourth linebacker in Auburn's 2015 class, joining four-star Darrell Williams, four-star Richard McBryde and three-star Elijah Sullivan.
Rivals.com ranks Holland the No. 20 outside linebacker and No. 50 overall prospect in Florida.
He is the Tigers' 27th commitment in the 2015 class. Auburn is expected to take 28.
