ON IMPROVEMENTS: "It's a big spring for me and the defense. We need to establish more communication, we had problems with that last year. It's a big spring for me, I was a little disappointed in my performance. I want to get better. My overall football awareness, addressing different schemes, snap count getting off the ball, hands and footwork, every aspect of my game I want to improve. Having knowledge of the offense and defense allows you to not waste energy. If you're all over the place, you're wasting your energy. Once I understand what I'm doing, the game comes easier."
