AUBURN | Rivals100 quarterback Austin Kendall announced his decommitment from Tennessee on Tuesday -- and Auburn is now in the driver's seat.
According to Rivals.com analyst Adam Friedman, the Tigers and Kentucky are the two frontrunners after opening back up his recruitment. Florida and Michigan are two other programs he will take into consideration.
Kendall hopes to visit Auburn in April.
The No. 3-ranked pro-style quarterback and No. 27 overall prospect completed almost 60-percent of his passes while amassing 4,461 yards and scoring 49 touchdowns during his junior season.

Three-star offensive lineman Landon Dickerson continues to rack up offers, and the two latest come from in-state rivals Alabama and Auburn.
The South Caldwell (N.C.) athlete said at the end of February that Tennessee, Virgina Tech and South Carolina were the three programs sticking out early for him. His grandfather played football for the Hokies.
Dickerson is ranked as the No. 13 offensive guard and No. 15 in the state.

Auburn also picked up a probable walk-on athlete on Monday.
South Forsyth (Ga.) Tyler Laflamme played both running back and strong safety in high school. He will most likely work in the secondary at Auburn.
Laflamme will be part of the 2015 class.

AuburnSports.com confirmed that Auburn signee Jordan Colbert transferred from Griffin (Ga.) to Griffin Christian (Ga.) for the spring semester.
Colbert cited no specific reason for the move other than wanting to be in a good environment.
