Caleb Tannor, a four-star linebacker/defensive end from Miller Grove in Lithonia, Ga., will choose either Georgia or Auburn, he announced Friday night on Twitter.
Tannor previously had listed a top five of Auburn, Georgia, Florida, LSU and Tennessee.
"I am getting close to committing," Tannor told Rivals.com in June. "I would say I am very close. I think it will happen in July. At the latest, I will commit in the middle of July sometime."
Tannor has been a frequent visitor to both Georgia and Auburn. He visited each of the two schools in early June, including a trip to Auburn’s Big Cat event June 3.
"It is going to be a hard decision — a very hard decision,” Tannor said.
Rivals ranks Tannor, who is 6-foot-3 and weighs 235 pounds, the No. 21 outside linebacker in the 2018 class and No. 30 overall player in Georgia.
