UCLA getting ready for Stanford
The team looks like they are getting ready to play in a big football game. They are having fun and are loose, but they are focused on the task at hand and that is to play a tough team in Stanford. There is still some work to be done, but the team is moving in the right direction.
It was good to see UCLA redshirt freshman quarterback, Kevin Prince working after practice with Christian Ramirez and his former high school teammate, Joseph Fauria. One thing that was obvious, Prince hasn't lost any zip on the ball, he does appear lighter though, but that is to be expected.
As usual, UCLA head coach Rick Neuheisel held court after practice with an increasing in size media. It's good to be 3-0.
Neuheisel: "Another good practice. We are I think right on schedule as respect to our plan, with respect to the eagerness to play and certainly very, very , very respectful for our opponent, but very anxious to play. We will keep putting the finishing touches on it as the week goes on, but I like where are right now.
