UCLA offers QB

Quarterback Taylor Graham (6-4, 195) Wheaton (Ill.) Wheaton North is what you call a sleeper who is waking up college coaches. Not much was known about Graham going into the recruiting season because he broke his ankle in his fifth game and missed much of the season. He is sure making up for lost time as he now seven offers on the table. All of them have come after late April.

Graham stood out at the UCLA camp yesterday and received an offer.

"With my broken ankle last year I didn't really expect that many offers at all, let alone a UCLA or a Big 10 offer or something of that caliber," Graham said. "I expected to have to go into the summer preparing for as many camps as I could, just to get my name out there. I was fortunate enough get some offers here."

Besides UCLA, Graham has offers from Iowa, Michigan State, Wisconsin, Colorado, Arkansas, and Duke.

"UCLA is a beautiful campus," Graham said. "It's not too, big, where it feels overwhelming, but it's not too small. It still feels pretty big time.

"Everyone at UCLA was really nice and kind to me, showing me around," Graham said. "It was just a great experience."
