Sight unseen, but he remains committed

If the title isn't self explanatory already, thefreedictionary.com defines sight unseen as 'without seeing or examining something first.' In the recruiting process, though it sometimes happens, the phenomenon doesn't take place often. Prospects usually, at the very least, take an unofficial visit before making the biggest decision of their young life - a commitment to a college. In the case of Charlotte (N.C.) Independence cornerback Victor Hampton, not only did he commit to Florida sight unseen, its been three months after the fact and he still hasn't set foot on campus.
