Taula looks to make his move

Defensive line coach, Joe Seumalo is quickly building a reputation as being a great developer of talent. With defensive ends Victor Butler and Slade Norris both drafted in last months NFL Draft and defensive tackle, Stephen Paea poised for another huge season, it is no wonder why word has spread on the recruiting trail. One player the Beavers have their eye on is tackle Kirifi Taula from Anaheim (CA) Servite, who is opening eyes on the recruiting trail.

Taula is extremely strong and moves well for his size. His clocked forty time is in the 4.7 range, and he utilized great hand movement and technique that has garnered him a great deal of attention.

"I've been talking to Coach Joe a lot," said Taula. "I'm planning to take one of my five official visits there (to Oregon State), and I was trying to visit unofficially for a camp this summer, but will be visiting my grandparents in Samoa instead."
