SC receiver adding offers

Duncan (SC) Byrnes wide receiver Torian Richardson received his first offer at the end of March and more and more are starting to fine there way to the Richardson house. One of the most recent offers cam unexpectedly from a Big East school.

"Syracuse sent the letter to me today to let me know that they are offering me a full scholarship," Richardson said. "I was pretty excited about it. I heard real good things about Syracuse. I think we might be going up there this summer to check out the school and all of the coaches."

Richardson, 5-foot-10, 169 pounds does not know much about the Orange at this time, but he is looking forward to learning more about them.

"I really do not know much about Syracuse, but I know they have had a lot of top players lime Donovan McNabb and all of those guys. That is really all I know about Syracuse."

Other than Syracuse the South Carolina product holds four other offers.

"I have offers from Michigan State, Mississippi State, Louisville, Rutgers and Syracuse."

Does Richardson have any leaders at this point?

"I do not have any leaders, right now I am just trying to do my homework on all of the schools."
