Homecoming for Tez at No. 14 Xavier
Wednesday's game at No. 14 Xavier is a big one for Quantez Robertson.
Auburn's senior guard will play in his hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio for the first time since his senior season at Withrow High School in 2004. He's expecting around 100 family in friends to be in attendance.
"I will get a chance to see some family that I haven't seen in awhile and give them a chance to see me play," Robertson said. "It is going to be quite an Auburn fan club at the game come Wednesday."
Auburn will need all the help it can get.
The Tigers, coming off consecutive road losses to Dayton and Northern Iowa, will face an undefeated Xavier team that already has wins over No. 12 Memphis, Missouri and Virginia Tech.
"It is going to be a pretty tough environment to go to Xavier and play when they have the crowd and hype behind their team, and they have some pretty good players also," Robertson said. "It might be one of the toughest teams that we have played so far."
