Singler wins head-to-head battle with Hummel

Tuesday night's game between Duke and Purdue was anticipated by many around the college basketball world, but the Boilermaker faithful practically made it their game of the year. Students camped out for tickets, alumni were paying upwards of 500 dollars to get in and fans were swarming the gates of Mackey Arena to get their first look at Purdue's highly ranked program and their legendary opponent.

The Purdue and Duke communities were excited for not only a Blue Devil and Boilermaker battle, but the head-to-head matchup of two similar players and former Rivals150 prospects in Kyle Singler and Robbie Hummel.
