Kansas faces tough test

It's been a wild weekend for Kansas fans after an extraordinary win over rival Missouri on the gridiron. Monday night in Lawrence, Kan., the Jayhawks (4-1, 0-0) will face a tough test on the hardwood as they take on Kent State (3-2, 0-0) at 8:00 p.m. CST. The Golden Flashes are an experienced NCAA tournament team and should prove to be a worthy opponent for the young Jayhawks. Sherron Collins and company have played excellent basketball so far this season and will try and check off their fifth victory of the season.

Other than a few short spurts, the Kansas Jayhawks have played surprisingly outstanding basketball so far in 2008-09.
