Clark excited about latest offer

With the recent flooding in the state, many of Iowa's football camps were cancelled or postponed, including the one Marion offensive lineman Drew Clark had originally planned to attend. The 6-foot-4, 280-pound Clark remained patient, however, and rescheduled for the one-day camp last week where his performance quickly earned him a scholarship from the Hawkeyes.

The Hawkeyes are the second major program to offer Clark joining Iowa State, who offered back in May.

With a 4.12 grade point average in high school, Clark plans to likely major in engineering in college. Currently, he said he hopes to have his decision wrapped up before the start of the football season.
