Self plans to enjoy Final Four experience

Heading into the season, Bill Self faced an immense amount of pressure to reach his first Final Four. After the longest 16.8 seconds of his life finally ticked off the clock, Self had finally gotten the monkey off his back. Now, as Kansas prepares to face North Carolina in the second semifinal game on Saturday night, Self is just relived that he is finally headed to his first Final Four.

After so many missed opportunities and so many setbacks, Self, after Kansas, the No. 1 seed in the Midwest Region, defeated Davidson, 59-57 on Sunday, has finally accomplished his dream of reaching the Final Four.
