Tiger legacy getting looks from Mizzou

Late last week, PowerMizzou.com introduced Tiger fans to a new name on the recruiting radar. Hampton, GA is not an area Missouri often recruits. But Dutchtown High School's Joe Stewart has a connection to Mizzou that led the Tigers in that direction. Stewart's father, Joe Stewart, played receiver for the Tigers in the mid-1970's.

Stewart says he is being recruited by Central Florida, Louisville, Georgia Southern, Troy and Eastern Kentucky in addition to Mizzou. None have offered just yet, but Stewart feels one school on the list is close.

Stewart plays quarterback, running back, receiver, free safety and corner, while also returning kickoffs and punts for Dutchtown.
