Border War Showdown
When Kansas (21-1, 6-1) lost their first game of the season last Wednesday, a win on the road at Colorado became even more important to keep pace in the conference standings. Thanks to Missouri (13-9, 3-4), the Jayhawks are now a half game up in the Big 12. While the Tigers did KU a favor Saturday by beating Kansas State, the heated rivalry between Kansas and Mizzou takes center stage Monday night, as the two teams will do battle for the second time this season. Mario Chalmers led his team to a six point victory over MU just two weeks ago. Now, the back-yard-brawl will be played in Allen Fieldhouse as Bill Self's squad aims for win number twenty-two.
