If you've ever been in Florida State's football locker room you know it's the ultimate in luxury for a college football player with its fully carpeted interior, personalized wooden lockers, spacious lounge area with big screen TV, and retired jerseys of past Seminole greats hanging all around. But for two Florida State players, they had to dress for last week's practices in a much less hospitable location.

When Chuck Amato arrived from NC State to take over as both FSU's new linebackers coach and executive head coach, he instituted a new policy of orderly lockers. Each Seminole player must have his locker organized in a specific manner and it must be spotless.

In the practices leading up to the Boston College game, linebacker Geno Hayes and wide receiver Preston Parker suffered the consequences of not having their lockers up to those high standards. For Hayes, a small leftover from a food item forced him out of his usual comfort zone in the home team locker room.
