Pac-Tending Plus

Another week brought another shake-up in the 2007 Pac-10 conference football race as UCLA upset California and effectively reduced the number of contenders for the conference crown to four teams - Arizona State, UCLA, Oregon and USC - with ASU and UCLA being the conference's only undefeated teams. One more contender is assured of going by the wayside at the end of this week with the completion of the week's marquee game between Oregon and USC. CougZone takes you on a whirlwind tour of what's going through the minds of the conference's coaches as the season continues.

Personnel - Receiver Derrick Jones has not yet been re-instated from his suspension.

Quote - "There's a little bit different bit of feeling with these kids, we've been through these things before." [re: not getting too hyped up in this week's marquee game against USC].

Other Stuff - Says in addition to the top match-up of the Oregon offense vs. the USC defense, special teams may be the "unsung heroes" in this game and turnovers will be a big factor.
