Terps hope to sting Yellow Jackets

Ralph Friedgen is still pretty nimble on his feet.

He began what should be a week-long dance with Maryland media and more importantly - Georgia Tech defensive coordinator Jon Tenuta - at Friedgen's weekly Tuesday press luncheon.

Call it the Terrapin Tango. There's a question at quarterback in College Park, and Fridge isn't about to open up and give Tenuta a clear indication of who will be under center Saturday at noon when the Yellow Jackets swarm onto Chevy Chase Bank Field at Byrd Stadium.

"Jordan (Steffy) is improving," said Friedgen of his junior starter, knocked out with a concussion in the 34-24 win at 10th ranked Rutgers. "He's questionable for this week. He was at practice (Monday) night, did not participate but hopefully will be able to play on Saturday."
