No doubt, this weekend's game against Texas Tech is big.
On the surface, it's big for two reasons: 1. It's the Big 12 opener and; 2. Oklahoma State needs to rebound in a big way after the loss to Troy.
But there's also another reason. A reason potentially bigger than either of the two reasons above (though it could be lumped into the first reason).
Right now, OSU stands at 1-2 and that has had some fans doing their best impression of a Great Depression-era stockbroker. But all hope is not lost. The Cowboys have a great chance to recover and begin to make a statement, but it will have to take two wins to do it.
And no, I'm not figuring next week's game against Bomar State into this.
