Memphis LB plans UA visit

Memphis (Tenn.) Whitehaven linebacker Tenarius Wright hasn't had the senior season he dreamed of so far, but there's still plenty of time for him to make it happen.

Wright, 6-2 1/2, 226, 4.6 seconds in the 40-yard dash, has an injured ankle and hasn't played in his team's first three games, but plans to return this week against Memphis Melrose.

"We're 2-1 so far," Wright said. "We lost a close game to White Station last week. I will play some spot duty this week since I haven't played at all and that will get me back into the flow. Next week, I'm for the rolling."

Wright is currently considering Arkansas, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Alabama, LSU and Georgia. Wright recently attended the Memphis Touchdown Club with Arkansas coach Houston Nutt as the guest speaker.

"I couldn't talk to Coach Nutt one-on-one (NCAA rules)," Wright said
