Loubeau makes decision to become an Aggie

It didn't take too long for Texas A&M to raid the state of Florida for top recruits with the commitment of Westlake (FL) Prep power forward David Loubeau to join Montverde (FL) Academy point guard Dashan Harris. Both players are ranked in the top 75 in the nation.

Not too bad for an A&M coaching staff led by Mark Turgeon that took over in April. And in those few months this staff has sent a shot to anyone who believed that A&M might take a step back with the coaching change.

The fact is, this staff has stepped forward, and A&M isn't just a Texas power anymore - they've gone national.

Loubeau, a 6-foot-9, 210-pound four-star prospect committed to Texas A&M over Florida, Ohio State, UCLA, Georgetown, UCLA, Florida State, Miami and Cincinnati.
