2007 Fall Football Practice Report #16

With only one more practice left this week, the Cougars took the field Wednesday without full pads. Maybe it was the heat or maybe it was for a break, but the team still looked sharp, churning out 18 periods of practice in the 90 degree heat.

The majority of the practice's first half focused on the secondary. The quarterbacks would throw ill-advised passes that would hopefully be picked off by a member of the secondary (At least I hope it was a drill).

The passing attack would soon get its revenge on the secondary however.

Quarterback Gary Rogers hit a jumping Jeshua Anderson for a long gain. Not long after that, Alex Brink found Anderson in the end zone, who made a nice diving catch.
