Leading from the begining
While debates rage on about how big the Ohio State recruiting class may end up for the class of 2008 one thing can't be disputed by any observer, this class has the potential of being one of the best during the Jim Tressel-era. With nine top players already in the fold and many of the other nation's elite keeping an interest in Ohio State there is little doubt that the class is shaping up well.
But it has not only been the effort of the coaching staff in their tireless work to put together this special class. Several players have taken it upon themselves to act as recruiters and without the restrictions the NCAA places on coaches for when and how much contact is allowed between prospective coach and player the next crop of Buckeyes have been getting things done.
