Jones has strong showing at NBPA camp
The National Basketball Players Association camp is always a time for some of the nation's best to get together and test their skills against each other. However beyond that, it is a chance for high school players to get better with instruction former NBA coaches and players. One player who showed very well for himself at the camp was Kevin Jones.
Even though Jones is slightly undersized to play the power forward position, he was still one of the more productive players at the event. He rebounded, scored close to the hoop, away from the bucket, and also played good defense.
With his strong play at camp it is obvious that some of the highest profile programs in the country are recruiting him. The list includes Indiana, Memphis, Kentucky, Louisville, St. John's, UMass, St. Joe's, Ohio State, Virginia, UCLA and West Virginia.
