What a rush: Irish land top defensive end
The first junior day ended with Notre Dame on top.
The second junior day ended with the Irish primed to pick up a commitment.
And finally today, less than 48 hours after Sean Cwynar had just toured campus and broken down tape with Irish defensive coordinator Corwin Brown, the defensive end from Woodstock, Ill., took himself off the recruiting market with a verbal commitment to Notre Dame. Cwynar drove back to South Bend to give his commitment to Charlie Weis in person.
