Getting to know LeSean McCoy

Now that Dave Wannstedt and his staff have put the finishing touches on the 2007 recruiting class, Pantherlair.com is taking a closer look at each of the recruits. Averaged 7.1 yards per carry at Milford Academy last fall…rated nation's #10 prep prospect…at Bishop McDevitt McCoy was one of the most prolific rushers in Pa. history…entered senior season on pace to break the state career rushing record, but suffered an ankle injury in the fourth game…prior to the injury, McCoy had gained 859 yards and 10 touchdowns in three-plus games…gained over 2,500 yards in his junior and senior seasons combined…finished his high school career as the state's ninth all-time leading rusher with 6,640 yards and 75 TD's…two-time Class AAAA All-State selection by the Associated Press…AP Class AAAA Player of the Year as a junior.
