AU trying to get out of slump against State

The Auburn basketball team needs to be stingier.

The Tigers' generous ways have gotten them in trouble in their last two games, losses to Ole Miss and Arkansas. AU had 25 and 19 turnovers, respectively, in those two games.

Those losses dropped Auburn to two games below .500 in Southeastern Conference play for the first time this season.

To get back to .500, the Tigers have to take better care of the basketball.

Of course, that's easier said than done. Head coach Jeff Lebo says he's not even sure what's causing all the turnovers, though poor concentration is part of the problem.
