Auburn leads for Cooper but Saban visiting

Brewton (Ala.) W.S. Neal offensive lineman Jared Cooper was one of 17 official visitors in Auburn this weekend. The visit only strengthened Cooper's plans to become a Tiger.

"The visit went real well," said Cooper. "We got to look at a lot of things beside the football aspect of it. We got to look at the academic aspect. That was real good. It was real in-depth."

Cooper rated his visit a '10' on a scale of 1 to 10.

"It was everything I thought it would be," he said. "It just confirmed everything I already thought about it. Auburn is a lot like my hometown. It's real comfortable and the people are a lot alike. I feel like I fit right in."
