East Meets West: Friday Impressions

ORLANDO, Fla.- The East and West squads went through final preparations on Friday afternoon for the East Meets West All-American game, which kicks off at 3 p.m. Saturday at Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex at the Walt Disney World Resort.

Here's a look as some impressions of the various Division I-A prospects from Rivals.com recruiting analyst JC Shurburtt.

Tight end Rob Gronkowski is what a big-time tight end prospect should look like. He's tall and athletic, runs good routes and has soft hands. He's the type of player that can help your running game with his blocking because of his size, but also is athletic enough and catches the ball well enough to help you downfield. In terms of college choices, Clemson may have the inside track.
